On the misty slopes of the Himalayas, free from pesticides and fertilizers, the coffee trees bask in the abundant sunshine due to thin air at high altitudes. The monsoons bring rain regularly every summer, keeping the trees happy and thriving. When the time is right, local farmers hand-pick the beans on their family-sized farms, often transporting them down the mountain on donkeys or horseback, preserving the traditional methods passed down through generations. Here our single farm origin coffee begins its journey.
Our rare and exquisite coffee, with its distinct terroir and delicate aromatics, is roasted fresh every day. We believe in roasting to serve, not to store. Each batch is carefully packed in airtight containers and ground individually on demand, ensuring that every cup you enjoy is as fresh as possible. This meticulous process allows the beans to retain their delicate flavour right up to the last minute, offering you a truly exceptional coffee experience.
Even our coffee trailer has a story attached. Once a retired horse box, it has been transformed into a mobile coffee haven. We cleaned and sanitized it, removed the old wooden parts, and welded the metal structure. To new floors, walls, and interior fittings, we added a service window and installed state-of-the-art catering equipment. This transformation allows us to bring the hidden gem of the coffee world to your local area, offering a clean, bright, uniquely vibrant, and nuanced flavour profile – a true testament to the high-altitude origins of our beans.
Our beans thrive in the pristine Himalayan highlands, cultivated without pesticides or fertilizers. We partner directly with small family farmers committed to sustainable practices, fostering biodiversity and protecting the delicate mountain ecosystem.

We grind our beans fresh to order, maximizing the release of aromatic oils and ensuring optimal flavour extraction. Our precision grinders allow us to tailor the grind size to your preferred brewing method, from espresso to pour-over.

Yes, our coffee is sourced from small family-sized farmers in the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. Grown sustainably at high elevations (above 1200 meters), our coffee trees enjoy ample sunshine, producing unique flavours. We trace each batch from your cup to the farmer who produced it, highlighting the unique characteristics of our coffee.
Yes, our coffee is fully organic, grown without pesticides or fertilizers on rich Himalayan soil. Our milk and soy milk are also of organic origin. We trust our farmers and stand behind our commitment to organic practices.
While we cannot guarantee that every batch was transported by donkey, it is often the only way to navigate the rugged terrain from higher altitudes. Some farms are accessible by road, but many rely on traditional methods of transport.
We base our business model on trust and did not apply for the Fairtrade mark. We pay a fair price for our coffee, supporting the hard work of the farmers sustainably while keeping our prices reasonable.
